Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!! We are off to a good start! In November Seth had surgery on his right shoulder which we thought would be no big deal. But he actually got a blood clot in his lung from it, so after two nights and three different emergency rooms he is finally on the mend. Also in November Mike was diagnosed with stomach cancer. On Decemeber 19 he had a 9 hour surgery in which they were able to remove 90% of his cancer. We are very greatful that the surgery went well and that he is getting better as well. Quaders is rolling over now! I can't believe how big he is getting. He is rolling all over the place. It is so fun to watch. He actually was able to roll back to front first which is kinda wierd. At first, he would roll on to his tummy and get stuck there and scream, but now he is able to roll any direction he pleases. This is going to be a big year for our baby Quade. Lots of changes and growing up, why can't he just stay our little angel baby forever?
We have started eating big people food and, boy, does he love it! He especially likes sweet potatoes, which I hope is a permanent thing. His favorite little snack is  the Gerber cheetos. We go through a thing of those in a couple days.
Seth has been reading a book called, A Tough Trail Through Paradise and has been unable to put it down. The other morning I was getting ready and came down to this. It was so darn cute. Quade doesn't do this too much anymore so we have to savor the few snuggles we get.

We had to go vacinate the cows the other day. Papa Mike came and helped us even though he is only a month out of a major surgery. He was running that chute like a pro.

Quade has been teething and a good remedy, we have discovered, is pickles! They are too hard for him to bite, and the cold bumps feel good on his gums.

We took Quade swimming in the hot tube for the first time the other day. He screamed like crazy for the first few minutes. After that he got so relaxed and started kicking his feet and had a great time.

Here's our three generations. Who can tell they're related? Look at that hansome face they all have.

Quade LOVES his bath time.

We're just a little happy family! Things couldn't be better for us. Seth's arm is getting better, Quade is a big and healthy boy. Life is just great here in Dillon Montana at the beginning of 2012. We have high hopes for the rest of the year!

We're back!!

Woohoo! I got my blog working again. I had a little misunderstanding with the email address I was using. Anyways. Alot has happened in our live since my last post. We were blessed with a BIG, beautiful baby boy.
Introducing Micheal "Quade" Probst
Born July, 23 2011 at 12:53 pm
8lbs 10oz, and 20.5 inches long
He is already getting so big... Here are a few pictures from his first four months of life!

This is his beautiful craddle his Great-Grandpa Probst made for him. He likes sleeping with his hands spread out by his head so unfortunately he didn't last too long in this.

This was at his baby blessing in September. We also bless his cousin Emery, Scott and Sarah's baby girl, on the same day.

This is his first baseball hat. If he's anything like his daddy he'll be wearing one of those most of his life.

Me and my baby boy!! Look at those blue eyes!

The three generations taking a Sunday nap! So cute!

This is the picture we put on our Christmas card this year. He's such a stylish boy thanks to his Aunts.

In his carseat.

How cute are those little Carhart coveralls!

My mom made him this hat and he looks so adorable in it.

All snuggled up with dad holding his bottle. He loves to eat!

Well I am hoping I will start being better at this now that I've got everything figured out. I will start posting lots more pictures from now on. We are so blessed to have this little guy in our lives. He is such a sweet little boy. He smiles and laughs all day. He has been sleeping through the night most of the time since he was two months old. He has also acquired the nickname "Jumba" courtusy of Grandpa Mike, and according to Grandpa Don he already likes watching Sports Center. We had his four month check up the other day and he was weighing 18.6lbs and was 23inches long. He is in the 97 percentile for his weight and his head, and in the 75 percentile for his heighth. So crazy, it seems like just yesterday he was a tiny little guy.

Rango and Stony Burke

We attempted to Saddle up the little pony over the week for the Moore Boys to ride, but unfortunately he was a little jumpy. So Seth decides he is going to try to whip that pony into shape.
Meet Rango! And the smiling couple thats going to break him.
All is going well...
Uh oh...
Bam!
Diagnosis: Sore butt, Sore back, whining all weekend, and a new nickname of Stony Burke (a bronc rider).... But everyone else had a really good laugh as you can see Papa Mike demonstrating.

Fishing!!

Last week we had Suzanne and her boys come up to visit us. It was a lot of fun. We took them out to a private, stocked pond and they got to go fishing. I don't know who had more fun, Seth and his dad or the boys. The fish were enormous and you caught one about every 5 casts.
Here is Dallin, Ethan, and Seth with their prize!
Papa and Cole, this was the closest we were able to get Cole for a picture. Whenever someone with a fish came close to him he would say, "Det away!"
And here is Seth and I

The Golden Gopher

I just had to throw this one in there. This is actually from last spring, but it kills me. Seth claims he shot a Golden Gopher. Not an albino, because it didn't have pink eyes, but Golden! He is very proud of it. It you ever want to hear him tell a story just ask him about his Golden Gopher!

Lately..

Yes it has been quiet a while since I have been on here, but it is not my fault. We have 3 computers and none of them were working! I don't know how that happens but it happened to us! I did somewhat enjoy it since Seth wasn't able to look at Craigslist everyday. Anyways I was finally able to upload some pictures too. We, well Seth, has been very busy with calving and lambing. The pictures I have of the lambs are like our first few that lambed and they look very different now.

This was a first and only set of triplets that we had. If I remember correctly it was two girls and a boy! Just like the Waltons!

Seth with a baby lamb! This was my first time with Lambs, they didn't look anything like what I was expecting. Look at how long their legs are!!

This picture is actually from Thanksgiving.... Like I said, I have been bad.

A few weeks ago we had another ultra sound. They really didn't give us any good pictures so I won't post any, but everything is looking good and it's a Boy!!! We are so excited! I have started doing some shopping for little boy clothes and it has been so fun! Our due date is July 28, it is coming up fast!
